The effect of the stigma with style of Cyclamen plants on the in vitro germination was also investigated. The in vitro germination rate was improved in medium with 100 mg・L⁻¹ boric acid and 300 mg・L⁻¹ calcium chloride. The stigma with style placed on a medium also promoted the in vitro germination.
