学生同士で患者-看護師役割を取り,実際に静脈血採血を行う実習後に提出された「実習からの学び」に関するレポートの記述内容から,学生にとって,採血実習がどのような体験となっているかについてを取り出し,帰納的に分類した.意味内容の類似性に基づいて分類した結果,【学生間採血の心理】【振り返りから知る採血実施の評価】【患者に苦痛・不安を与える態度・言動・技術への気づき】【不安・緊張・苦痛の軽減につながるケア】【実習の価値づけ】【臨床看護へのつながり】の6つのカテゴリーが抽出できた.学生同士で採血を実施する実習は,多くの学生にとって不安や恐怖,モデルと人との感触の違い,練習とは異なる技術上の困難感,看護師の技術や態度が患者に与える苦痛の大きさを実感する場となっている.また,学生は,自己成長や将来に役立つ価値ある体験であったと実習を捉え,臨床看護へとつながる自己の目標や看護師としてのあり方,責任感を自覚している. |

In the present study, students participated in blood collection training in which they performed actual venous blood collection by assuming the roles of patients and nurses, and submitted reports on what they learned from the training. The experiences of students during training were analyzed based on the contents of these reports and inductively classified. Following classification of data based on the similarity of semantic contents, the following six categories were identified: "psychology of blood collection among students", "assessment of blood collection based on reflection", "realization of attitudes, behaviors, and techniques that cause pain and anxiety to patients", "care for alleviating anxiety, tension, and pain", "recognizing the value of training", and "relation to clinical nursing". For many students, training involving blood collection with other students provided an opportunity to realize the anxiety and fear associated with the procedure, differences in touch between dummies and humans, technical difficulties that differ from practice, and the amount of pain inflicted on patients by the techniques and attitudes of nurses. In addition, students recognized training as a valuable experience that was useful for self-development and future career, and became aware of personal goals related to clinical nursing as well as the roles and responsibilities of nurses. |
