| 内容記述 | 臨床看護師への,外部講師による継続した研究指導が,自己効力感と自律性にどのように影響するかを明らかにするために,A県B病院に勤務する看護師82名を調査対象に,2005年12月と2006年7月の2回,無記名の自記式質問紙調査を行った.調査項目は,年齢,性別,職種,職位,勤務病棟,経験年数,学歴,研究担当の有無,研究経験の有無,研究経験回数,自己効力感,自律性である.倫理的配慮として,事前に目的と中断の自由,及び匿名性の確保,回収,データ処理方法等を配慮することを説明し,同意を得た.自己効力感は,坂野と東條の一般性自己効力感尺度(GSES)を,自律性は,菊池・原田の看護師の自律性測定尺度を用いた.分析対象は,1回目,2回目共にデータを持つ60名(36.0±9.9歳)とし,うち研究担当者を研究指導介入群(21名),担当者以外の者を対照群(39名)の2群に分け,2項目間の関連性の検定にはχ^2検定,差の検定にはMann-Whitney-U検定を,また2群間で繰り返しのある2要因の分散分析を実施した.その結果,対象者の属性項目において,2群間での統計的有意差は認められなかった.また,2群問の1回目,2回目でGSESと自律性測定尺度の下位項目の平均の比較をMann-Whitney-U検定で行った結果,全項目で介入群が有意に高かった(p<0.05).GSESと自律性測定尺度の下位5項目の2群間と時間の交互作用は,全項目で有意ではなかった(p<0.05).外部講師による継続した研究指導の,臨床看護師の自己効力感と自律性への影響については,今回の結果からは明らかにはならなかった.今後は長期的な研究指導による影響を他の変数も含めて考える必要がある. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study examines how continuing research guidance provided by visiting lecturers to clinical nurses influences self-efficacy and autonomy. A questionnaire was given to 82 clinical nurses who worked in B Hospital in A Prefecture. A questionnaire was distributed twice, in December 2005 and July 2006, and subjects responded anonymously. Investigation items were self-efficacy, autonomy, age, gender, type of job, official post and rank, duty ward, years of experience, educational background, presence of a research guide, and research experience. The Generality Self-Efficacy Standard (GSES) of Sakano and Tojyo was employed, as well as the Professional Autonomy in Nursing scale of Kikuchi and Harada. Subjects were divided into two groups, an intervention group (21) and a control group (39) with the visiting lecturer in charge. Variance of two repeating factors among the two groups was analyzed, and Mann-Whitney-Utest and Chi-square test for differential and relative calibration were done, respectively. Results indicate that the difference between the two intervals was not statistically significant. In addition, it was found that the second, intervention group was significantly high in all items (p<0.05). GSES and two intervals of the lower five items on the autonomous scale and the temporal interaction were absent in the difference that was significant in all items (p<0.05). | |||||||||||||||||||||||
