| 内容記述 | 目的: 本研究の目的は超低出生体重児を育てている母親のナラティブ(語り)を傾聴しその意味と母親に対するケアを検討することである.方法: 母親へのナラティブアプローチによる, 母親のナラティブ(語り)の内容を検討する帰納的質的研究方法を用いた. 対象者は超低出生体重児を出産し本研究参加に同意した母親7名とした. 逐語録として収集したナラティブデータから母親の物語を抽出し, 母親の思いの過程を概念図として示した.結果: 超低出生体重児を持つ母親尚ナラティブから, 【子どもが生きている】・【母親と周囲との良好なつながり】・【母親の児の受け入れ】・【母親の子どもからの学び】という4つの前向きな物語のテーマと, <母親の自責>・<母親の思いを周囲には理解してもらえない>・<子どもの不確かさ>という3つの後ろ向きの物語のテーマが抽出された. 後ろ向きの物語は前向きな物語に助けられて【母親の児の受け入れ】【母親の子どもからの学び】という前向きな物語に進んでいた.結論: 超低出生体重児の母親は前向きな物語と後ろ向きの物語を語っており, その分析により, 母親を前向きな思いに変化させるには子どもが生きていると感じさせ, 母親としての自信を持たせることが重要であると考えられた. そして超低出生体重児を持つ母親はナラティブ(語り)を通して, 母親自身の思いを理解してくれると感じた看護者との共同作業によって母親はケアされて, 母親がさらに前向きに勧めるきっかけに繋がっていると考えられた. | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Purpose: The purpose of this study is to listen to the narratives of mothers with extremely low birth weight infant (ELBWI) attentively and to assess the meaning of mothers' narratives and the care to them.Method: Narrative approach for mothers (an inductive-qualitative approach) was used to assess the significance of their narratives. Seven mothers with ELBWI were involved in this study. They all consented to this study. The process of mothers' thought was figured with notions which were extracted from their narratives.Result: The four positive notions of "Child is alive," "good connection between the mother and those around her," "the mother's acceptance of her child," and "the mother's learning from her child." and the three negative notions of "the mother's self-reproach," "those around the mother do not understand her thoughts," and "uncertainty of the child." were extracted from the narratives of mothers with ELBWI. The positive notions helped the negative ones develop into the positive ones "the mother's acceptance of her child" and "the mother's learning from her child."Conclusion: Some of the notions which were extracted from the narratives of mothers with ELBWI were positive, and others were not. The analysis gave the following results that it is important for them to feel their children are alive and to gain self-confidence in order to change their negative notions into positive ones. And they feel the care to themselves and helped to make a further advance by their collaboration with nurses who they feel understand their thoughts with narratives. | |||||||||||||||||
