本研究の目的は，第1 に，看護学生を対象とした社会的スキル・トレーニング（Social Skills Training; 以下SST と表記）を実施し，社会的スキルの3 か月後における学習効果を検討する．第2 に，セッション毎の感想と演習評価から，SST の効果とトレーニングプログラムの関係について検討することである．本研究では，社会的スキルの向上を目指した効果的な教育プログラムの開発に向けて，看護学生1 年生24 名（男性5 名: 平均年齢20.0 歳・女性18 名：平均年齢20.3 歳）を対象に，13 セッションのSST を実施した．社会的スキルは，KiSS-18 を用いてセッション前と3 か月後の評価を行った．その結果，社会的スキルの下位尺度である感情処理のスキル得点が上昇していた（p =.09）．また，効果とプログラムの関係では「コミュニケーションとは・非言語的コミュニケーション」と「アサーションスキル（I メッセージ・ポジティブな言い換え）」の2 つのプログラムで社会的スキル得点が上昇していた（F (1,18)=5.58， p <.05， F (1,20)=5.88，p <.05）．感想は，「初めての体験だった．自分の普段気づかずに過ごしている，何気ない場面を振り返ることができてとても勉強になった」や「怒りのコントロールがうまくなった気がする，他者とコミュニケーションをとる時に，勉強したのだからと自信が持てるようになった」等であった．以上から，SST は看護基礎教育における社会的スキルの向上に効果的な教授モデルであり，非言語的コミュニケーションとアサーションスキルは，SST の効果的なプログラムであることが示唆された． |

This study first aimed to assess the educational effectiveness of Social Skills Training (SST) three months after it was provided to nursing students. Secondly, this study aimed to assess the effectiveness of training programs conducted during SST from studentsfeedback for each session and their evaluation of the seminar. The SST executed in this study was comprised of 13 sessions, attended by 24 first-year nursing students (5 males: mean age 20.0 years; and 18 females: mean age 20.3 years). The purpose of the SST was to develop an effective educational program designed to improve social skills. The students' social skills were assessed using Kikuchi's Social Skill Scale (KiSS-18) before initiation of the sessions and three months after sessions were completed |

Results revealed that students' scores related to emotional self-control, a subscale for assessing social skills, increased (p=.09).
