| 内容記述 | 結果＞壮年期腹膜透析療養者のライフスタイルは『腹膜透析による自己実現』のコアカテゴリーと【腹膜透析の継続】【療養生活におけるマネジメント】【自分でできることの確認】【これからの生活設計】のカテゴリーが抽出された．療養者は，やりたくないけど仕方がないと，自己の現状を受けとめて腹膜透析をすることを自己決定していた．自分自身で腹膜透析をすることにより，腹膜透析の効果を実感して【腹膜透析の継続】をしていた．療養者は，療養の支えとなるものを見つけ，１日の生活のなかにバッグ交換を組み入れて【療養生活におけるマネジメント】をしていた．そして，自己の生活に満足感を得ていた．また，周囲からの支援を得て，働き方を工夫して家庭での役割の継続ができるなど，【自分でできることの確認】をしていた．腹膜透析の限界を知り，現在の生活をいつまで継続できるのだろうかという気がかりを抱きつつ，末期腎不全の包括的治療法の情報を得て，今後の生活への希望を抱いて【これからの生活設計】を語っていた | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Results> Regarding the lifestyle of middle-aged peritoneal dialysis patients, a core category of “self-realization through peritoneal dialysis treatment” and the following categories were identified: ‘continuing peritoneal dialysis’, ‘management of home-based care’, ‘confirm things I can do’, and ‘future life planning’. The patients decided to undergo peritoneal dialysis themselves by accepting their reality that they have no choice but to receive it. They could feel the effects of treatment as they became involved in the selfadministering of peritoneal dialysis, which facilitated ‘continuing peritoneal dialysis’. The patients found support to assist in treatment, and incorporated peritoneal dialysis into their daily activities, which enabled them to achieve ‘management of home-based care’ and satisfaction with their own life.
