 note = {本研究の目的は，乳幼児をもつ母親と父親のソーシャルサポートと母親の子育て満足感，子育て負担感および母親と父親の育児休業の利用の調査である．方法は，無記名自記式質問紙調査とした．配付数は726 名，回収数は246 名（回収率33.9％）であり，分析対象は，インフォームドコンセントを得られた乳幼児をもつ母親159 名，父親87 名であった．質問紙構成は，基本属性，ソーシャルサポート尺度，子育て観尺度（CPS ‐ M97）である．分析は，t 検定とPearson の積率相関係数を用い，統計解析ソフトはSPSS15.0J for Windows を用いた, 結果として，子育て支援者は，母親は配偶者106 名（66.7％），父親は配偶者66 名（75.9％）であった．ソーシャルサポート尺度の2 群間比較では、母親33.8 ± 6.1，父親34.3 ± 6.3 であり，有意差は認めなかった．ソーシャルサポート尺度と子育て観尺度の下位尺度の母親の子育て満足感・生きがい感には弱い正の相関，子育て負担感・不安感には弱い負の相関であった．育児休業の利用は，母親37 名（23.3%），父親2 名（2.3％）であった, 結論として，母親の子育て観の肯定的感情を高めるには，ソーシャルサポートが必要であると考えられる．また，母親と父親ともに仕事と子育てが両立できる社会を期待しており，子育てへの意欲はあると考えられる．, The purpose of this research was to grasp the relation between social supports given to infants’ parents and mothers’nursing-related feelings of satisfaction and burden and the situation of those parents’utilization of child-care leave. Conducted was an anonymous questionnaire survey of 159 mothers and 87 fathers after getting their informed consent. The results of the survey were analyzed by using the techniques of the t-test and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and a statistical analysis program, SPSS 15.0 for Windows. Of the 159 mothers, 106 (66.7%) were supported by their husbands. Of the 87 fathers, 66 (75.9%) were supported by their wives. There was observed no significant difference between the support given to the former, 33.8±6.1, and that given to the latter, 34.3±6.3. There were a weak positive correlation between the social support given to the mothers and their feelings of nursing-related satisfaction and fulfillment and a weak negative correlation between the support given to them and their feelings of nursing-related burden and anxiety. Utilized child-care leave were 37 mothers (23.3%) and 2 fathers (2.3%). It was suggested that social support was needed to raise mothers’ nursing-related positive feelings, parents expected a society where work and child care were compatible with each other, and parents’ child-care motivation was high.},
