PD patients had significantly higher CPT for all stimulus frequencies than control individuals (P < 0.05). Also, PD patients had significantly higher CPT for 250 and 5 Hz than MSA patients (P < 0.05). At the optimum cut‐off level, the CPT distinguished PD patients from MSA patients with a high sensitivity (82% at 250 Hz, 86% at 5 Hz) and specificity (75% at 250 Hz, 80% at 5 Hz). The CPT were not affected by clinical profile, cardiac sympathetic denervation or cardiovascular autonomic dysfunction.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Conclusion\nSignificantly increased CPT in PD indicate altered processing of sensory information involving A‐β, A‐δ and C fibers. The clear distinction of CPT between PD and MSA might reflect the involvement in small fiber dysfunction in PD, but not in MSA. These findings suggest that CPT testing might contribute to diagnosis of PD, as well as the understanding of sensory processing involving peripheral deafferentation.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10006_dissertation_number_12":{"attribute_name":"学位授与番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dissertationnumber":"甲第579号"}]},"item_10006_relation_15":{"attribute_name":"関連サイト","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isVersionOf","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"https://doi.org/10.1111/ncn3.55","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_10006_rights_13":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"© 2013 Japanese Society of Neurology and Wiley Publishing Asia Pty Ltd","subitem_rights_language":"en"}]},"item_10006_text_30":{"attribute_name":"KEID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"27462"}]},"item_1689051968263":{"attribute_name":"助成情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_award_numbers":{"subitem_award_number":"24591297","subitem_award_uri":"https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/grant/KAKENHI-PROJECT-24591297/"},"subitem_award_titles":[{"subitem_award_title":"近赤外線分光法および電流知覚閾値を用いた新しいパーキンソン病診断法の開発","subitem_award_title_language":"ja"},{"subitem_award_title":"Development of novel diagnostic methods for Parkinson's disease.","subitem_award_title_language":"en"}],"subitem_funder_identifiers":{"subitem_funder_identifier":"https://doi.org/10.13039/501100001691","subitem_funder_identifier_type":"Crossref Funder"},"subitem_funder_names":[{"subitem_funder_name":"日本学術振興会","subitem_funder_name_language":"ja"},{"subitem_funder_name":"Japan Society for the Promotion of Science","subitem_funder_name_language":"en"}]}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNameIdentifiers":[{"affiliationNameIdentifier":"","affiliationNameIdentifierScheme":"ISNI","affiliationNameIdentifierURI":"http://www.isni.org/isni/"}],"affiliationNames":[{"affiliationName":"","affiliationNameLang":"ja"}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ikeda, Kazuyo","creatorNameLang":"en"},{"creatorName":"池田, 和代","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"イケダ, カズヨ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"familyNames":[{},{},{}],"givenNames":[{},{},{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-10-21"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"Med_A579_abstract.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"235.7 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"内容の要旨","objectType":"abstract","url":"https://kagawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/194/files/Med_A579_abstract.pdf"},"version_id":"072f08f0-83da-41bd-98f7-607abd459352"},{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-10-21"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"Med_A579_result.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"317.1 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"審査の結果の要旨","objectType":"other","url":"https://kagawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/194/files/Med_A579_result.pdf"},"version_id":"37abfcc9-890b-4730-b242-bd493b65bf98"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"current perception threshold","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"epidermal nerve fiber","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"multiple system atrophy","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Parkinson's disease","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"sensory processing","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"doctoral thesis","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_db06"}]},"item_title":"Assessment of sensory perception and processing using current perception threshold in Parkinson's disease","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Assessment of sensory perception and processing using current perception threshold in Parkinson's disease","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10006","owner":"11","path":["40"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2013-12-26"},"publish_date":"2013-12-26","publish_status":"0","recid":"194","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Assessment of sensory perception and processing using current perception threshold in Parkinson's disease"],"weko_creator_id":"11","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2024-02-07T08:24:45.487097+00:00"}
