| 内容記述 | To stablish the stable and efficient propagation method in wild Cyclamen species, the characteristics of seed germination in C. africanum, C. cilicium, C. coum, C. creticum, C. graecum, C. hederifolium, C. mirabile, C. persicum and C. repandum were investigated. The days for seed germination in C. cilicium and C. creticum when the seeds placed at 30℃ for 28 days and then moved to 20℃ was shorter（30→20˚C treatment）,as compared with the days than those when the seeds were placed at 20˚C for the entire period（20˚C treatment）.Some C. africanum, C. coum, C. graecum, C. hederifolium and C. mirabile plants showed the same tendency. In addition, C. repandum seeds germinated only in 30→20˚C treatment. Only in C. persicum, the days for seed germination in 30→20˚C treatment was obviously longer than those in 20˚C treatment. These results suggested that many Cyclamen species except for C. persicum had the seed dormancy, and that 30→20˚C treatment was effective for breaking the seed dormancy and promoting the seed germination in such species． | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | シクラメン野生種の安定かつ効率的な繁殖法の確立のために，C. africanum，C. cilicium，C. coum，C. creticum，C. graecum，C. hederifolium，C. mirabile，C. persicumおよびC. repandumを用いて種子発芽特性を調査した．その結果，C. ciliciumおよびC. creticumでは，20℃で維持した場合より30℃で28日間置床した後にすべての個体で種子の発芽までの日数が短くなり，C. africanum，C. coum，C. graecum，C. hederifoliumおよびC. mirabileにおいても早く発芽する傾向を示すものが認められた．また，C.repandumでは30℃処理を行った場合のみに発芽が認められた．種子を20℃で維持した場合より30℃で28日間置床した後に20℃に移した場合に明らかに発芽までの日数が長くなったのはC. persicumのみであった．これらのことから，C. persicumを除く多くのシクラメン野生種において種子休眠が存在し，これらの種では30℃処理が種子休眠の打破と種子発芽の促進に有効であるものと示唆された． | |||||||||||||||||||||
