| 内容記述 | This study examines the educational principles and practices of Japanese Homeroom Activities （HA） and U.S. Classroom Management （CM） to identify opportunities for cross-cultural adaptation and strategies to enhance student engagement. By employing content analysis and thematic analysis, seven core themes were identified, including “Ideal Classroom and Communication,” “Student-Centered Learning and Outcomes,” and “Reflection and Innovation.” These themes highlight the shared goals of fostering inclusivity and engagement while revealing distinct approaches shaped by cultural contexts—HA’s collectivist ethos versus CM’s structured, individualistic strategies. | |||||||||||||
