| 内容記述 | 漢方には，女性のライフコースアプローチの視点がある．今の困り事のみでなく患者さんと家族の歴史，背景などを丁寧に聴き，五感でアセスメントすることで，「気血水」や「五臓六腑」の概念にあてはめて説明することができる．それが患者さんの腑に落ちれば，これまでの自分をありのままうけとめてもらえたと感じられ，これまでを肯定できると思われる．また漢方薬で，「まあいいか」という心の窓を広げることで，俯瞰して自分を見ることや，他人に頼ることができるようになる．養生についてアドバイスも行い，症状がよくなっていけば自分の心身への信頼感を取り戻すことができ，これからへの不安も減ると考える． 看護の場面では，漢方の全人的医療，フィジカルアセスメントの正しさは多いに活かすことが可能で，根拠をもった看護実践ができると考える．漢方の言葉の力を感じて，活用してもらえればと願っている． 漢方について，これまでの主な臨床研究と，看護教育における漢方教育の重要性について述べた． |

| 内容記述 | Kampo medicine incorporates a life course approach for women. By carefully listening not only to current concerns but also to the patient's and family's history and background, and conducting assessments through the five senses, it can explain conditions using concepts like “qi, blood, and fluids” or “the five organs and six bowels.” When patients truly understand this, they feel their past selves have been accepted as they are, enabling them to affirm their journey thus far. Furthermore, Kampo medicine can help widen the window of the mind to a “well, it's okay” perspective, enabling patients to view themselves from a broader perspective and to rely on others. By also providing advice on self-care, as symptoms improve, patients can regain trust in their own mind and body, thereby reducing anxiety about the future. In nursing practice, Kampo's holistic medical approach and the accuracy of its physical assessment can be highly utilized, enabling evidence-based nursing practice. I hope practitioners will recognize the power of Kampo's language and make use of it. This paper discussed major clinical research on Kampo to date and the importance of Kampo education in nursing education. |
