{"created":"2023-05-15T09:42:32.362101+00:00","id":2524,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"3de32a8c-5275-4ad1-bbbf-19fc5669e804"},"_deposit":{"created_by":11,"id":"2524","owners":[11],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2524"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kagawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00002524","sets":["1:58:320"]},"author_link":["252"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2001-03-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"97","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"63","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"香川大学農学部紀要","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"Memoirs of Faculty of Agriculture, Kagawa University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"カイランの種子形成に季節的差異が見られるかどうか,小花の齢と種子形成との関係を調査した.さらに,早晩性と種子形成の関係を検討した. 1.白花品種およびW/Y群では5月上中旬から,黄花品種では5月中旬から受粉したとき種子は形成したが,12月上旬から1月上旬に受粉を開始したとき種子は形成しなかった. 2.花序当たりの莢数は,約3~10の範囲にあり品種間にばらつきはみられたが,品種群で比較するとW-A群の莢数がやや多くなった. 3.莢当たりの種子数は,品種間にばらつきがみられ,W-A群では'白花黒葉'の種子数は15粒と最も多く,'大心'と'天津'では6粒と最も少なくなった.W-B群では'黒'と'尖葉白花'の種子数は11粒,他の品種では6~7粒となった.W/Y群では種子数は8粒であった.Y-A群では'黄花嫩葉'の種子数は15粒と最も多くなった.他の品種では6~8粒と大きな差は見られなかった.Y-B群では'黄花格林'が6粒,'食心黄花'が12粒であった.それぞれの群の莢当たりの種子数を比較すると,各品種群内で品種間にばらついたものの,W-A群でやや多くなった. 4.1000粒重は,白花のW-A群では2.54~6.66g,W-B群では5.40~6.30g,黄花のY-A群では4.25~4.83g,Y-B群では2.92g~3.28gであった.白花と黄花個体の混在したW/Y群では4.22gであった. 5.出らい・開花の早晩生と種子形成並びに小花の齢と種子形成との関係を調査した.W-A群,W-B群,W/Y群,Y-A群およびY-B群の平均開花日は,それぞれ播種67~89日後,73~79日後,75日後,87~91日後および95~102日後であった.平均開花日は,W-A群の'天津'で最も早く,播種67日後の4月24日であった.一方,W-B群の'黄花格林-O'と'黄花格林-S'の平均開花日は最も遅く,播種102日後の5月29日であった. 6.小花の開花数は1花序につき1日当たり,2.5~5.2花であった.W-A群,W-B群,W/Y群,Y-A群およびY-B群の1日当たりの開花数は,それぞれ4.0,3.3,4.0,3.5および3.7花であった. 7.供試したカイラン品種では,他家受粉だけでなく自家受粉の開花後受粉でも種子が形成された.自家受粉における開花後受粉の1莢当たりの種子数は,W-A群,W-B群,W/Y群,Y-A群およびY-B群で,それぞれ8.3,7.7,8.9,6.8および5.2粒であった.しかし多くの品種では,開花後受粉では他家よりも自家受粉の1莢当たり種子数は少なくなった. 8.開花後受粉における他家受粉に対する自家受粉の種子数の比率では,品種間に差異がみられた.'芥藍K-A','白花黒葉','黒','白格','黄花格林-O'および'食心黄花'では,その比率が50%未満と低くなった.また,'カイランM','芥藍K-B','白心'および'尖葉白花'では,他家受粉と自家受粉での差が小さくなり,その比率は80%以上となった.半数以上の品種では,蕾受粉における他家受粉に対する自家受粉の種子数の比率は,開花後受粉での比率よりも高くなった.9.品種群別の千粒重に有意な差はみられなかったが,自家受粉よりも他家受粉の千粒重が重くなる傾向がみられた.また,Y-B群の千粒重は他の品種群よりもやや軽くなった.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"A Chinese kale is one of the flower vegetables using a flower bud, a flower stalk, etc., and has mainly spread widely through southern China and the countries in Southeast Asia. The breeding and raising of new vegetables are expected by the introduction of Chinese kale with heat tolerance to Japan. For that purpose, it is necessary to study the morphological, physiological and ecological characteristics of Chinese kale. It is especially important to fully understand the conditions of flower bud formation, since this is the harvest object, and the formation conditions of seed for a propagation. In this research, I attempted to clarify the morphological characteristics of the Chinese kale cultivar first. Subsequently, the earliness of an anthesis of Chinese kale was investigated over several years, and the relation between the morphological characteristics and the earliness of an anthesis was considered. Furthermore, the influence of temperature exerted on flower bud formation of Chinese kale under temperature control was investigated, and the influence of the low temperature treatment term and seedling age which are exerted on flower bud formation was investigated. Moreover, the influence of the daylength and plant growth regulator which are exerted on flower bud formation of Chinese kale was considered. The possibility of modeling which predicts the budding time and anthesis time of Chinese kale based on these results was examined.
