The investigation reported here was conducted with the purpose of assurance of the safety in vegetable foodstuffs by preventing the accumulation of pesticides into growing plants. From October 1971 to July 1975, the authors investigated the effects of supply of mineral complexes such as Algit and Neohiron on the physical properties of soil, on the growth and quality of vegetables, on the growth or survival of soil microorganisms and on the persistence of organochlorine pesticides (BHC, Aldrin) in the soil. The results obtained were as follows: (1) When the mineral complexes were supplied in the soil, increases in the porosity and in the humus content of soil and improvement of the soil reactions were detected. (2) The good growth of vegetables was observed on the soil fertilized with the minerals so that the yield and quality of them were improved. (3) No significant effect was observed by supply of the minerals on the soil microflora. (4) The decrease in α-BHC content in the soil was accelerated by fertilization with the minerals. |

本研究は栽培野菜類への農薬の残留を防止して, 食品としての安全性を確保する目的で行なったものである. 筆者らは1971年10月から1975年7月までの間, 供試複合ミネラルとしてアルギットおよびネオヒロンの施用が, 土壌の理化学生に与える影響, 栽培野菜類の発育・品質に及ぼす影響, 土壌微生物の増殖または生存に与える影響, ならびに施用した有機塩素系農薬(BHC;アルドリン)の土壌中での残留に対する影響などについて追究した. その結果はつぎのとおりである. (1) 土壌に供試複合ミネラルを施用した結果, 土壌の孔隙量, 腐植含量が増加し, 土性の矯正がみられた. (2) 複合ミネラルを施肥することにより, 野菜類の発育がよくなり, 収量の増加と品質の向上がみられた. (3) 土壌微生物相に対する複合ミネラル施用の影響は殆んどみられなかった. (4) 複合ミネラルの施用によって, 土壌中のα-BHCの消失が促進された. |
