| 内容記述 | Eight year old Satsuma mandarin trees were shaded with black cheese cloths to determine the effect of reduced light intensity at various growing stages upon the setting, growth and quality of the fruit. During the months June to July the shading was done for every ten days and August to November for every one month to each trees respectively. The shading at the stage of physiological fruit drop affected setting severely, especially from the trees shaded during the middle and last ten days of July almost all fruits dropped. The shading during the month of August, however, affected setting slightly and no drops were observed on the trees shaded September, October and November respectively. The fruit growth of the trees shaded August or September was depressed considerably and the fruit size at harvest time was smaller than that of non-shaded trees. However, the shading of October or November did not affect the fruit growth. The coloring of the fruit was markedly delayed on the trees shaded September. The fruit of the trees shaded September or October showed considerably low sugar and slightly low acid contents. The shading of September and October affected fruit quality severely. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 温州ミカンの8年生樹へ生理的落果期には旬別に, 8?11月の間は月別に, 黒色カンレイシャでしゃ光をおこすって, その落果および果実の発育, 品質におよぼす影響を観察した. 6?7月の生理的落果期には, 10日間のしゃ光によって落果がいちじるしく増加した. とくに, 7月中旬および下旬のしゃ光樹ではほとんどの果実が落果した.しかし8月のしゃ光樹では落果がいちじるしく減少し, 9月, 10月および11月のしゃ光樹では落果を生じなかった. 8月と9月の両しゃ光樹の果実の発育は無しゃ光樹(標準)の果実よりも相当に劣ったが, 10月と11月の両しゃ光樹の発育は劣らなかった. 成熟果の着色は9月しゃ光樹がとくに不良で, 糖量は9月および10月の両しゃ光樹で相当に低く, 酸量はこの量しゃ光樹でやや低かった. つまり, 9月および10月のしゃ光は果実の品質をいちじるしく不良にした. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
