| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is the first approach to analyse the choice mechanism of a consumer for perishable foodstuffs store. The following results were obtained from our study. (1) A consumer chooses a store by considering the prices and within some certain distance. (2) The store which a consumer chooses lies within 300-400m as a straight line. (3) A consumer does not choose the nearest but choose the store which lies at a certain distance. (4) However, the distance is not certain and a consumer choice depend on the form and quality of the store. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 従来小売店舗の立地問題は, 小売業者サイドから考えられることが多かった. しかし本稿ではこの立地問題を, 消費者サイドから検討しようと試み, そのための第1次接近方法として, 住宅団地居住者の生鮮食料品店舗選択行動の実態分析をおこなった. その結果, 次のような実態が明らかとなった. (1) 住宅団地居住者の店舗選択体系は, 一般住宅地における店舗選択体系と異っている. (2) 利用する店舗までの距離も, 一般住宅地に比べて短い. (3) しかし消費者は最も近い店舗を利用するのではなく, ある程度離れた店舗を利用している. (4) 生鮮食品の種類によって利用される店舗形態は異っており, 最も多く利用されている店舗形態は, スーパーや小売店集合である市場である. | |||||||||||
