| 内容記述 | White-pulp peaches (Okubo cv.) at marketing ripeness were transported by a truck from Yamagata prefecture to Kagawa prefecture, a distance of one thousand, one hundred and eighty-one kilometers. The effects of transporting conditions on the pulp qualities of fresh fruits and canned products were studied. Abnormal fruits due to physiological damage and decay after the transport were observed in every experimental group, but such a fruit was fewer in a plastic case in which covered the botom by sponge sheet than in that of non-sheet. The differences of firmness of pulp tissues, however, were not almost found at any experimental lot in both the fresh fruit and the processed fruits. In the case of the transport of peach fruits by a truck, we recommend to use plastic sponge to reduce a physical shock, and it should be avoid as possible as the transport in the daytime under the hot weather. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 白肉種のモモ(大久保)を20Kg入りキャリーに詰め, 山形から香川まで大型トラックで遠距離輸送を行い熟度, 輸送方法が生果および缶詰製品の肉質に及ぼす影響について調べた. トラック積載キャリー内の輸送中の温度は38℃まで上昇した. その結果, 高温障害果の発生が懸念された. キャリーの底部にプラスチックスポンジを1枚敷いた区はそうでない区に比べて傷害果、腐敗果の発生率は低かった. プラスチックスポンジなしの区については, 午前に収穫して輸送したモモは午後に収穫したものに比べてそれらの異常果の発生率がかなり高かった. 健全果を使用した缶詰製品はいずれの試験区においても果肉が崩壊することなく良好であった. モモ果実をキャリーにそのまま詰めトラックで遠距離輸送するには, 出荷熟度の健全果を用い, 底部にプラスチックスポンジを敷いたキャリーに詰め、外気温のあまり上らない時間帯を選んで輸送することが望ましい. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
