| 内容記述 | Nowadays, the logical bases of irrigation practices, such as the time of sprinkle, quantity of water and means of it, are based on the methods with the micro climate or on the deficit of soil moisture. Authors have insisted that the consideration of physiological factors of plant must be also one of the bases. In this paper, the elongation of branch, the enlargement of stem and fruit, and the moisture potential of leaf in orange trees are investigated for the applicability to irrigation practices. As the results of these experiments, it is proved that the enlargement of fruit is the most profittable indication now for its correspondence to soil moisture circumstances, and the moisture potential of leaf has an applicability for the future by the explanation of many ploblems to solve. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 現在畑地かんがいの時期, 水量, 方法等を決定する理論的根拠としては, 接地気象にもとづく方法, 土壌の水分消費をもとにした方法などがあるが, 筆者らは植物の生理的因子をも考慮すべきものと考えている. 本実験的研究においては, ミカンの樹の生理的因子として枝の伸長量, 幹の肥大量, 果実の肥大量, 葉の水分ポテンシャルの4項目について畑地かんがいへの適用性を検討した結果, これらの因子のうちでは果実の肥大量が土壌水分環境ともよく対応し, 最も適した指標であること, 葉の水分ポテンシャル値は現在多くの問題点があるが, 今後の研究によっては応用されうる可能性を有することが明らかとなった. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
