| 内容記述 | In Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, 27 irrigation reservoirs were disused and their water area reclaimed to use for other purposes such as housing sites, public usage, etc. during 11 years from 1964 to 1974 fiscal years. These disused irrigation reservoirs varied from 257㎡ to 87,840㎡ in water area. The smaller reservoirs (less than 2,000㎡ in water area) occupied 40.7 per cent of the total number of disused irrigation reservoirs. Most of the land gained from the irrigation reservoirs was used for housing sites. It amounetd to 59.4 per cent of the total area of the reclaimed land. No land was used for factories. The usage of 19.7 per cent of the area reclaimed has not yet been determined. In order to prevent various water disasters occurring by disusing the irrigation reservoirs, adequate preventive studies were carried out by the engineers of the prefecture. Because they throughly investigated the drainage canals, dams, spillways of the dams, etc. there have been no serious disasters from water in the entire area. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 兵庫県姫路市では1964年度から1974年度の11年間に, 27池のかんがい用貯水池が廃止された. これらの廃止かんがい用貯水池は, その水面積が257㎡?87,840㎡のものである. このうち, 水面積が2,000㎡以下の廃止かんがい用貯水池は全廃止かんがい用貯水池の40.7%を占めいている. 廃止かんがい用貯水池は, 小規模池が多いことを知る. 廃止かんがい用貯水池は, 宅地, 公共用地などに転用されている. 宅地転用が最も多く, 全転用面積の59.4%を占めている. しかし工場用地への転用はない. また, 未利用地が面積にして, 19.7%もある. かんがい用貯水池の廃止に伴う水災害を防ぐため, 県の技術者が事前に廃止に伴う影響調査を行なっている. それは, 排水路, 堤体, 余水吐などについて充分に行われる. このため, 重大な水災害は発生していない. | |||||||||||
