| 内容記述 | The fresh fish is important protein source in the world foods. Also as one of cooking in the world, in the near future, it will be eaten raw with grated wasabi and soy. We compared theoretical studies on hydrodynamic balance in gravel cultivated land of wasabi with the observation at TATAMIISHI-SHIKI cultivated land and JISAWA-SHIKI cultivated land in our reports (this journal Vol. 26, No. 58 & Vol. 28, No. 60). In this report we have studied on hydrodynamic balance in HEICHI-SHIKI cultivated land in relation to the last reports. HEICHI-SHIKI cultivated land utilizes upward sheepage flow in the spring water area. The direction of sheepage in the HEICHI-SHIKI cultivated land is different from that of in the TATAMIISHI-SHIKI cultivated land. We got steady state formulas of seven types which are indicated in Table 1. These formulas are useful as data on planning of gravel cultivated land of wasabi. | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | ワサビ田に関する報告はワサビ田の暗キョ排水工法の発表以来今回で3度目になる. わさび田の最初の報告のまとめのところで少しふれたように静岡県中伊豆地方にある畳石式ワサビ田の田面コウ配が一般に中凹であるのみ対して平地式は中凸であり, また浸透水の上下方向も逆である. 平地式は長野県南安曇郡穂高・豊科地方で広くおこなわれている湧水利用によるもので, "小石作り" と"砂作り" がある. 著者らはかって発表した畳石式および地沢式につづいて今回は穂高・豊科でおこなった平地式ワサビ田の水理と現地調査の検討結果および湧水型暗キョ式ワサビ田について報告する. | |||||||||||||||||
