| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to clarify the present conditions and market structure about fruit and vegetable retailing in Kagawa prefecture. The following results were obtained: (1) The proportion of customers who locate within 1.3-km distance from the store counts for about 85%. (2) The fruit and vegetable retailing generally has a certain percentage of fixed customers (about 47% of all customers). (3) The sales for fixed customers as percentage of all sales count about 71%. (4) The main factors that the fruit and vegetable retailing emphasizes as a competitive measure are the art of selling (e. g., a method of self-service) and the collection of commodity. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 香川県における青果物小売店の実態と小売市場構造の分析をおこなった. 分析の結果は, 次のとうりである. (1) 小売店を中心に1.3kmの距離範囲にすむ客数割合は, 約85%である. (2) 来客数のうち, 約47%が固定客である. (3) 固定客の購入金額が店舗の総販売額に占める割合は, 約71%である. (4) 小売商が店舗間競争で特に重視する手段は, 販売方法の工夫(たとえばセルフサービス方式の採用)と品揃えである. | |||||||||||
