The inhibiting activities of the substances I, II, III and V were tested against germination of rice, wheat, and lettuce. The substances I, II, and III did not inhibit the germination of rice and wheat, even at 2,000 μg/ml and 150 μg/disk, respectively. Against lettuce, I and II inhibited the germination completely at a dose of 3.0 μg/disk, but III showed only 70% inhibition even at 150 μg/disk. The substance V completely inhibited the germination of rice at 2,000 μg/ml and lettuce at 105 μg/disk, while it showed no inhibition against the germination of wheat at 150 μg/disk. Against the germination of lettuce, V showed inhibition as strong as coumarin., ノグルミの生葉から単離した生物活性物質Vは, C10H10O3(MW 178)の分子式を有し, p-クマリン酸メチルと同定した. 活性物質I, II, III及びVの発芽阻害作用を, イネ, レタスの種子, コムギの胚芽について調べた. 活性物質I, II, IIIはイネの種子に対してはいずれも2,000μg/mlで, コムギの胚芽に対しては150μg/diskの濃度に於ても発芽阻害を示さなかった. レタスの種子に対しては, I, IIは3.0μg/diskで完全に発芽を阻害したが, IIIは150μg/diskの濃度に於ても70%しか阻害しなかった. 活性物質Vは, イネの種子に対しては2,000μg/mlで, 又レタスの種子に対しては105μg/diskで完全に発芽を阻害したが, コムギの胚芽に対しては150μg/diskの濃度でも発芽を阻害しなかった. 活性物質Vのイネ及びレタスの種子に対する発芽阻害作用はクマリンとほぼ同程度であった.}, pages = {215--218}, title = {ノグルミ(Platycarya strobilacea SIEB.et ZUCC.)の葉に含まれる生物活性物質(その3)}, volume = {30}, year = {1979}, yomi = {コンドウ, アキラ and カワズ, カズヨシ} }
