| 内容記述 | In situations where the data on flood runoff in a mountainous drainage area are to be analyzed, it is very important to discover the mechanism for surface runoff over the mountainside. Suppose that in order to elucidate certain aspects of this mechanism, rainfall-arrival-time is to be estimated from the given data. One useful method of estimating rainfall-arrival-time is the so called Kinematic wave method. However, there is no unique procedure for estimating the equivalent roughness of hill slope, N say, -a measure of roughness of the mountainside. Then we shall introduce a new procedure for estimating the value of N and illustrate with examples. In the problem considered here, we can use the data recorded at upper reach of the Kuga, Ozegawa, and Daibo dam in Okayama, Hiroshima, and Yamaguchi prefecture, respectively. We shall proceed by first attempting to find rainfall-arrival-time and raibnfall intensity and then attempting to estimate the value of N by using both estimates. In calculation to obtain rainfall-arrival-time and rainfall intensity for a given set of data, we can use the graphic display F6234A with its hardcopy F6876C at the Kagawa University Computing Center to increase the graphical power of our analysis. We obtained N=0.30?0.34m-1/3 sec, N=0.31?0.38m-1/3sec, and N=0.29?0.37m-1/3sec for the corresponding drainage areas. Thus, overall, we have an N=0.29?0.38m-1/3sec in the Chugoku districts. Such estimates are all close to the average value on N obtained from the drainage area above the Kagami dam in Kochi prefecture, suggesting that the Chugoku Mountains meight be similar hydrologically to the Shikoku's. We can use this knowledge for practical aims such as preventing disasters in the Chugoku districts. | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 山地流域の洪水流出解析において, もっとも重要なものは, 山腹斜面上を流れる雨水地表面流の流出機構を適確に把握することである. この研究に関し, 近年, Kinematic wave法が研究発展しているが, このうち, 山腹斜面の等価粗度については, まだ, 全国的な決定基準もなく, 現在, この分野の重要な研究課題となっている. したがって, 本研究においては, 中国地方, すなわち, 岡山県は久賀ダム, 広島県は小瀬川ダム, 山口県は大坊ダムを選び, 各ダム上流域の山腹斜面等価粗度の調査・解析を行なった. そして, 雨水到達時間と降雨強度の算定については, 新しく, 香川大学FACOM6234Aディスプレイ装置とそのFACOM6876Cハードコピー装置を用いる新手法を採用した. その結果, 中国地方の山腹斜面等価粗度については, 久賀ダムはN=0.30?0.34m-1/3sec, 小瀬川ダムはN=0.31?0.38m-1/3sec, 大坊ダムはN=0.29?0.38m-1/3sec程度であることを明らかにした. この値は, 四国山脈に水源をもった高知県鏡ダムの値とも, よく近似していることも究明することができた. したがって, これらの値については, それぞれ, 中国地方を代表する値とも考えられ, 全国的な決定基準の一資料ともなり, また, それぞれの県においては, 今後の防災計画に貴重な値として用いられるものと考察された. | |||||||||||||||||
