| 内容記述 | In order to utilize the excess sludge in the waste water from wood industries as composts, sludges were studied to obtain the following results. (1) Either fibre board sludge or paper and pulp excess sludge was mixed with sawdust and animal excrements to give sludge composts of good quality. (2) Several vegetables applied with the sludge and its compost showed both superior growth and yield, as compared with the untreated vegetables. Among treatments examined, the sludge compost mixed with chicken excreta gave the best result. The addition of the primary nutrients of fertilizer to the sludge and its compost afforded much more vegetable growth and yield, as compared with the untreated sludge and its compost. (3) The EC of soil was increased by applying the sludge and its compost. The relationship between the increase of EC and the vegetable growth was noted. (4) From the above results, it was suggested that not only the excess sludge but also its compost was useful for fertilizer. | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 合板工業及び製紙工業から排出される廃水の余剰汚泥を堆肥化して利用することを目的として, それらから排出された汚泥を用いて実験を行った. (1)合板工業ならびに製紙工業廃水の余剰汚泥にオガ屑及び家畜糞を混合して堆肥化を試みたところ, 良質な汚泥堆肥が得られた. (2)数種の野菜に対して施用試験をした結果, 汚泥ならびに汚泥堆肥の施用は、無施用区に較ペて生育, 収量ともに優った. とくに鶏ふんを混合した汚泥堆肥を施用したものが最もよかった. また, 3要素肥料を汚泥及び汚泥堆肥に添加した場合には, 無添加よりもすぐれた生育、収量を示した. (3)汚泥ならびに汚泥堆肥の施用によって, 土壌のECは高くなり, ECの上昇と野菜の生育との間には相関関係がみられた. (4)本実験の結果から, 余剰汚泥の肥料価値と, 家畜糞との混合・発酵による堆肥化によって, 利用価値の増進されることの資料が得られた. | |||||||||||||||||
