| 内容記述 | Eight strains among 48 cultures of actinomycetes were capable of producing pectinolytic enzymes, which were mainly pectate lyases. The three organisms listed here were selected as typical producers of pectate lyases. Streptomyces fradiae produced an endo-type enzyme. S. massasporeus was chosen from the six organisms which produced exo-type enzyme which released unsaturated digalacturonic acid as its main product. S. nitropsoreus produced another exo-type enzyme which released unsaturated trigalacturonic acid. | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 放線菌48株のうち8株の培養?液にペクチン質分解酵素の活性が認められた. それらは主としてペクテートリアーゼ活性であり, 加水分解酵素活性はほとんど検出されなかった. 放線菌の代表的ペクテートリアーゼはつぎの3種類に分けられた. 1つはStreptomyces fradiaeにより生産されるエンド型酵素, 1つはStreptomyces massasporeusほか5株により生産されるエキソ型酵素であり, もう1つはStreptomyces nitrosporeusが生産する別タイプのエキソ型酵素であった. 両エキソ型酵素間には, 反応生産物の上で明らかなちがいが認められた. | |||||||||||||||||
