| 内容記述 | Effects of shading and phytohormon application on the physiological fruit drop were investigated for Satsuma mandarin in 1977 and 1979. The peak of second stage of the fruit drop occurred from the late of June to the early of July. The shading of the tree by black cheesecloth for three times, ten days at each with days intervals, during the second fruit drop stage affected setting severly. Application with 500 ppm gibberellin for these shaded and non-shaded trees increased fruit ste to large extent. On the contrary, application with 500 ppm abscicic acid promoted fruit drop, and that with 50 ppm ethrel resulted in the drop of almost all fruits. It is suggested from these experiments that the physiological dropping of Satsuma mandarin would be caused not only by the carbohydrate level but also by the endogenous hormon balance in the fruit. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 温州ミカンの生理的落葉に対するしゃ光および植物ホルモン処理の影響について, 試験を行なった. 第2次生理的落果のピークは落果初期(6月下旬?7月上旬)に現われた. この落果期間中に時期を異にして, 黒色カンレイシヤで10日間のしゃ光を行をったところ, いずれの時期とも, 落果をいちぢるしく促進した. このしゃ光樹と無しゃ光樹の果実に対する, GA500?1,000ppm水溶液の塗布または散布は落果をかなり抑制, ABA500?1,000ppm水溶液の塗布は落果をかなり促進し, Ethrel 50ppm水溶液の塗布はいちぢるしく促進した. これらのことから, 温州ミカンの生理的落果は果実中の炭水化物量だけでなく, 内生ホルモンのバランスにも起因することが考えられる. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
