| 内容記述 | The fungal degradation of dioxane lignins prepared from wood powder was investigated. DHP-degrading Fusarium spp. partly degraded the lignins. The lignins were separated into several fractions by extraction with organic solvents and gel filtration on Sephadex LH-20. It was found that low molecular weight fractions were degraded and the fractions were partly polymerized by the fungi. The high molecular weight fractions were strongly absorbed on the mycerium of the fungi. | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | ブナ材木粉よりジオキサン-水で抽出したニグニン成分のFusarium属菌による分解について検討した. Fusarium属薗はジオキサンリグニンを唯一の炭素源とする培地に良好な生育を示し部分的に分解資化することが明らかとなった. ジオキサンリグニンを溶媒抽出, ゲルろ過などにより5成分に分画しその分解性について検討した結果, 主として低分子量区分が分解されることが明らかとなった. 低分子量区分の一部は高分子化しているものと推定された. 高分子量区分は菌の作用により変質して菌体へ強く吸着された. | |||||||||||||||||
