| 内容記述 | A compound was isolated as crystal from the extract of soybean frakes with 80% ethanol. This compound was identified to be pinitol by melting point, optical rotation, elementary analysis, gas chromatography, infrared spectrometry, mass spectrometry, and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry. In order to obtain further support, pinitol pentaacetate was prepared by acetylation of pinitol with acetic anhydride and sodium acetate. Gas chromatogram and infrared and unclear magnetic resonance spectra of this pentaacetate coincided with the data in the literature. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 大豆種子単糖類のガスクロマトグラム上において不明ピークとされていた本物質が大豆種子から結晶として単離され, その融点, 施光度, 元素分析, IR, MASS, NMR等の分析によってピニトールであることが判明した. さらにアセチル化反応を行なってピニトールペンタアセティトと生成し, この物質の機器分析から, この結晶がピニトールであるという確認を得た. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
