| 内容記述 | Morphological changes in shoot apex during the reproductive development of Schlumbergera × buckleyz were determined by using a scanning electron microscope. The meristems enlarged and started to produce perianthes after 7–10 days of short day conditions. About 25 perianthes were produced in the following next 10 days. The apex became flat and the center of the flattened apex caved in. The stamen primordia then appeared on the flattened apex and developed from inner to outer whorls. The pistil primordia appeared on the edge of the concave. Stamen primordia grew upward and developed anthers and filaments. The upper position of pistil (style) also grew upward and the top position of the style (stigma) lobed into 8 parts. At same time ovules developed on the inside of the ovary. | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | シャコバサボテン品種スーバーケニガーの花芽分化ならびに発達過程を走査型電子顕微鏡により観察した。短日開始7–10日までに茎節先端の茎頂は肥大を開始し、引き続く10日間のあいだに約25枚の花被を分化した。その後茎頂は横に肥大し、中央部がくぽみ始めた。雄ずい原基が内輪から外輪に向かって分化を開始し、中央のくぼみの周縁部から雌ずい原基が分化した。短日開始後30–35日で花芽はほぼ完成した。 | |||||||||||||||||
