| 内容記述 | The morphologicl changes in the shoot apex during floral initiation and development in three different flower types, single flower, double flower and branching type, are compared by using a scanning electron microscope. The shoot apex of Ballerina (single flower type) started swelling, and rounded. Three primordia each of the outer perianth, inner perianth, stamen primordia in the first whorl and stamen primordia in the second whorl appeared in succession. The center of the apex then became triangular in shape and caved in. The triangular structure developed into a pistil. The shoot apex of ‘Angelique’ (double flower type) produced six perianthes first. Then the apex continued to produce many protuberant primodia. Most primordia became broad in shape and developed into perianthes. Some inner primodia developed into stamen-like structures. In ‘Orange bouquet’ (branching type) some axillary buds initiated floral organs after the main flower bud developed fully. The axillary bud produced a leaf primordium first, then initiated floral organs acropetally in a spiral order. | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 一重咲きタイプのバレリーナ、八重咲きタイプのアンジェリケ、枝咲きタイプのオレンジブーケの3品種のチューリップの花芽分化を走査型電子顕微鏡で観察した。バレリーナの場合、3枚の普通葉を分化した後茎頂が肥大し、その外花被、内花被、雄ずい第1環、第2環の順で3つずつの原基が分化した。その後茎頂の中央部は三角形になり、その頂部がへこみ始め雌ずいへと分化した。雄ずいが伸長し雌ずいを囲みその後花被が伸長して全体を覆った。八重咲きのアンジェリケでは、花被の分化に引き続き多数の突起状の原基が分子し、そのうち外側の多くは花被化し内側のいくつかは雄ずい化した。枝咲きのオレンジブーケでは中心の花芽の分化完成後、腋芽の茎頂は1枚の普通葉を分化した後花芽を分化した。 | |||||||||||||||||
