The conclusions are as follows ; 1) Mutual Insurance of Agricultural Cooperatives is deterioration not only in quantity but also in quality. 2) There is a possibility that serious decreasing of additional returns from mutual Insurance with getting worse of the structure of mutual Insurance might press the agricultural cooperative management. 3) It is necessary to improve the way of the operation ofo business drastically. 4) Deregulation deteriorates the advantage of agricultural cooperative from holding two posts
