| 内容記述 | We studied the effect of disaccharides on inhibition of fructose absorption in everted intestine of rats. Adult male Wister rats(300–450g)were sacrificed by ether anesthesia after 18h fasting, and then the small intestine removed and washed with saline at room tempreture. The intestine was everted and its one end was tied using cotton thread before filling KRPB. Then another end of the intestine was sealed. Each everted intestine placed in a 50mL conical flask containing 5.0mL of 10mM fructose KRPB or 10mM fructose and 1mM disaccharide KRPB. The flasks were oxygenated(O2/CO2, 95%/5%)and stoppered with gas‐tight rubber plugs. The gut sacs were incubated at 37°C for 60 min. After incubation, gut sacs were removed, cut open and serosal fluid in sacs were drained into tubes. Similarly mucosal fluid in flasks were drained into tubes. The results indicate that fructose transport is inhibited by disaccharides, however further research is required to clarify detailed mechanisms. | |||||||||||||||||
