| 内容記述 | Fruit sets of ‘Benisyuhou’ sweet cherry under natural condition in a warm region and under controlled temperature conditions (15–25°C) were compared with those of the major cultivar ‘Satohnishiki’ . Under the natural condition, ovules of ‘Benisyuhou’ degenerated more slowly than those of ‘Satohnishiki’, and fruit set rate of ‘Benisyuhou’ was considerably higher than that of ‘Satohnishiki’. Under the controlled conditions, high temperatures induced early ovule degeneration in ‘Satohnishiki’, although in ‘Benisyuhou’, ovule longevity was not reduced by high temperatures. The higher the temperature, the lower the fruit set rate in both cultivars. At any temperature, fruit set of ‘Benisyuhou’ was higher than that of ‘Satohnishiki’. These results suggest that utilization of the cultivar ‘Benisyuhou’ is effective in increasing fruit set of sweet cherry grown in warm regions of Japan. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 暖地の自然温度条件下と15〜25℃の制御温度条件下における甘果オウトウ ‘紅秀峰’ の結実性を主要品種の ‘佐藤錦’ と比較した．暖地の栽培条件下では，‘紅秀峰’ の胚珠の退化が ‘佐藤錦’ に比べて遅く，‘紅秀峰’ の結実率は ‘佐藤錦’ よりもかなり高かった．15〜25℃の制御温度条件下では，‘佐藤錦’ では温度が高いほど胚珠の退化が早くなったが，‘紅秀峰’ では高温下でも胚珠の寿命は長かった．温度が高いほど結実率は低くなり，いずれの温度においても ‘紅秀峰’ の結実率は ‘佐藤錦’ よりも高かった．これらのことから，暖地での甘果オウトウ栽培における結実確保のために ‘紅秀峰’ の利用が有効であることが示された． | |||||||||||||||||||||||
