However, the IAC‐HPLC method needs relatively a large quantity of antibodies. It becomes the problem to cost for the production of antibodies with time. Therefore, we examined the mass culture method of the antibody‐producing hybridoma using constant temperature concussion culture machine CO₂ incubation shaker CO₂‐BR‐43FL for mammals cells (Taitec Co., LTD Japan). The method, using this machine, did not need complicated operation,was able to get a culture supernatant of antibody density at the same level as the flask culture method of 1.6 L in approximately one week, and was cheap running cost. This method is a method suitable for mass production of the monoclonal
