gynecology","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"多くの実験動物においてhCGやLH投与による排卵誘発の際に、hCGやLHの投与直後に急激な卵巣血流の増加が認められることが報告されてきた。今回我々はこの現象がヒトにおいても認められるかどうか、また認められた場合にはhCG投与直後の卵巣血行動態の解析による排卵予知の可能性について検討した。婦人科手術歴のない同意を得た不妊症愚者38名を対象とし、clomifene citrate-hCG療法（21例）、hMG-hCG療法（17例）におけるhCG 10,000単位筋注後の主席卵胞側卵巣動脈の血流変化をカラードプラ法で経睦的に測定した。測定項目はpulsatility index（PI）、resistance index（RI）、最大流速（Vmax）、時間平均流速（VMT）、最低流速（Vmin）、卵巣動脈断面積（Area）、血流量（QT）でhCG投与前と投与15、30、60、120、180分後に測定した。排卵を認めた34例においては、hCG投与前36.3±2.0cm/sec（mean±S.E.、以下同じ）であった最大流速が15分後に44.1±2.5（p<0.05）となり、以後すべての時間で有意に増加するなど、PI、RIを除く他の指標で増加が認められた。非排卵4症例では、すべての時間および指標において有意な血流の変化を認めなかった。排卵症例においてhCG投与直後の急激な卵巣血流増加をカラードプラ法によって確認できた。さらに、非排卵例との比較から、hCG投与直後の卵巣血行動態の解析による排卵予知の可能性が示された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"総説","subitem_heading_language":"ja"},{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"[Review
