gynecology","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"生殖医療領域で、昨年から導入され注目されている新しい治療法の話題を提供する。子宮内膜症に対し、昨年低用量ピルと黄体ホルモン剤ジェノゲストが保健適応となり、これら薬剤の有効性により子宮内膜症に対するホルモン療法に新しい展開がみられている。これらのホルモン療法を習熟し、腹腔鏡による手術療法を適切に組み合わせることにより、より良い子宮内膜症の治療法の確立が期待される。また、日本産科婦人科学会生殖・内分泌委員会では、平成18年度に本邦における多嚢胞性卵巣症候群（PCOS）の新診断基準を作成した。同委員会ではこれを受けて、平成20年度にPCOSの新治療指針のアルゴリズムを作成し、その治療を進めるための重要な5項目を提示した。この新治療指針により、これまでその意義付けが明確ではなかった治療法や管理法に関するコンセンサスが得られるものと期待される。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"総説","subitem_heading_language":"ja"},{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"[Review
