| 内容記述 | I consider in this paper the effects of taxation utilizing Tableau Economique. Starting from stationary state, we compare the following 3 cases: (1st) no tax, (2nd) direct tax, (3rd) both direct and indirect taxes are imposed. The test of success of fiscal policy is that, at the end of the process of production and distribution, the original situation is restored, and each sector is ready to enter a 2nd period production. In the 1st and 2nd cases we get the stationary state, but in the 3rd case, the value of output decreases as the value of input decrease by the amount of indirect tax. So if we need to collect reveneu by taxation, we must use 2nd case. The discovery of the circular flow of goods is the great achievement of Phsiocrats. This thesis was demonstrated by the Tableau Economique which can be expressed in the form of balance-sheet, indicating the exchange of goods and money between various sectors in the system. I explained in the former papers the Goodwin's self-excited oscilations and Ston's system of national economic accounting as the representaive of modern theories of national income. | |||||||||||
