2014）」を援用した上で，スポーツ少年団の指導者を対象として調査を実施し，これまでの体罰経験とスポーツ指導に対する考え方や体罰に対する許容度，指導現場の状況の関係について，探索的に検討することを目的とした。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"スポーツ少年団指導者講習会に参加した指導者44名を対象として調査を行った結果，7割を越える指導者が過去5年間に暴力，暴言，威圧，しごきのいずれかの体罰を行った経験があること，また行われた体罰の多くは，保護者ら子ども以外の人物が体罰を確認できる状況で行われていたことが明らかになった。さらに暴言以外の体罰は無資格者よりも有資格者によって行われていたほか，勝利を重視する指導方針が威圧やしごきを助長する一方，楽しさを重視する指導方針は暴力や暴言を低減する関係にあることが示された。本研究の結果，スポーツ少年団においても体罰防止に向けた早急な取り組みが必要であることが示され，スポーツ指導者が体罰に至る心理的メカニズムの解明に焦点を当てた研究と共に，体罰が行われる機会に注目した研究が必要であると考えられた。またその際には，指導者のみならず保護者も含め，少年スポーツに関わるステークホルダー全体を視野に入れる必要があると考えられた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"左開きページ","subitem_heading_language":"ja"},{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"[Horizontal
