| 内容記述 | During several seasons from March, 1963 to December, 1966, the writer has studied bats in Yashima Cave, Megi Cave, Teshima Cave and Kankakei Cave in Kagawa Prefecture. Five species of bats were descriminated, each of them being observed at a certain period of seasons. From May to June, the colony consisted almost of females of Miniopterus schreibersi fuliginosus (Hodogson). During that period it seems that they breed in the caves. In July, the colony consisting mostly of males, females and babies were very rare. It seems probable that the females moved to the other caves for the rearing their babies. In the species, Mi. schreibersi fuliginosus, it seems that their hibernating seasons are from November to March. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 1 香川県のコウモリを調査して5種が認められた. 2 種によって, 活動時期が異なっているようである(すみわけ). 表2参照 3 出産時期は5月下旬から6月上旬にかけてである. 4 Miniopterus schreibersi fuliginosusにおいては出産時期の集団は♀の個体が多く, ♂の個体は少ない. 出産時期が終った7月には♂の個体が多くなり, ♀の個体と仔はほとんどみあたらなくなるが, 全然♀の個体がいないわけではない. 表1参照 5 Miniopterus schreibersi fuliginosusにおいては11月下旬から3月までの間冬眠している. その間Rhinolophus ferrumequinum nippon, Rhinolophus cornutus cornutusにおいては仮眠状態にある. 最後に調査にご協力いただいた, 香川高等学校生物部の諸君に深謝する. | |||||||||||
