Office","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿は、移民受け人れ政策と多文化共生に関連する状況を日本と他国（多文化主義を国策に掲げる古典的移民国オーストラリアと、移民を一時的労働者のみとして大鼠に受け入れてきた非移民国のアラブ首長国連邦（UAE））の事例との間で比較する。オーストラリアでは、福祉的多文化主義が地域のホスト社会と移民のエスニック・コミュニティとの間に破を作ったと批判されているが、専門性と英語力に自値のあるアジア系専門職移民のなかには、ホスト社会に対して対等の立場で発言する人が出てきている。一方、同じエスニック・コミュニティ内で、専門職移民と労働者移民の間では、両者間の協働の動きはみられない。UAEの移民は、基本的に個人単位で暮らしているが、なかにはそれぞれのエスニック・コミュニティ内で自助活動に積極的にかかわる人もおり、その活動は階層の差を越えて行われることもある。日本は、移民の割合が低いだけでなく、移民たちの多くは事実上の巣純労働者で低所得者層に属する。彼らは正式に移民労働者として受け人れられていないため、国家レベルでは必要な生活支援や法的保護を受けられないケースが多い。移民の多い地域社会の一部では、市民団体などが独自の支援活動を始め、一部の取り組みにおいては地域社会と移民の協働活動もみられる、といった特徴がみられた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"論文","subitem_heading_language":"ja"},{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"Research
