The purpose of TKP was to decrease the number of diabetics in Kagawa prefecture & improve the patient's prognosis ; but the effectiveness of this program has yet to be evaluated. Therefore, a study was designed to evaluate the impact and limitations of team Kagawa project. The paper describes a proposal of a methodology to evaluate the impact of TKP on controlling DM by introducing the? Key informants, academics & administrators from University of Kagawa provided the information about the project during the process.
