Picea pollen graines appeared at a high rate in the sediments which indicate the radiocarbon age of 19,00 ± 230 y. B. P. . It suggests that the vegetation of the age was a cool temperate-subalpine zone. Tsuga-Pinus or Alnus-Cryptomeria pollen grains showed higher rates in three sediments which are 25,600 ± 1,900 y. B. P., 22,800 ± 1,300 y. B. P. and 15,500 ± 600 y. B. P. in the radiocarbon age, respectively. It follows that the vegetation of the three ages was a cool temperate zone. The same finding in pollen analysis shown in the age of 10,830 ± 320 y. B. P. in this area. Other one sample with a radiocarbon age of 29,150 ± 1,500 y. B. P. does not coincide with the stratigratigraphical finding.
