In Kagawa prefecture, rose bitterling were collected in 1982, therefore, it was necessary to describe with accuracy the distribution of Japanease rose bitterling. This paper has reported two habitiats of the pure line populations of Japanease rose bitterling. There are two populations : one is the pond of Minami-ko, Ritsurin Park in Takamatsu-shi and the other is the pond of Tsuda-cho, Okawa-gun.
