| 内容記述 | This paper presents theoretical implications of the process of establishing management knowledge for organizations with different value recognition. The research method used is a case study on the overseas offshoring work of the information system building between the Japanese and Chinese subsidiaries under global company A. We collected data from the case study and analyzed them both quantitatively and qualitatively. As a result, we presented the “3 C model of management knowledge between organizations with different value recognition” which presents the process how individual management knowledge becomes organizational knowledge. Academically, it contributes by proposing one of the conceptual models among organizational knowledge creation by expanding the SECI model. In addition, the proposed knowledge process can be regarded as the basis of a new model for organizational capabilities that can continuously generate organizational knowledge. Practically, this research contributes presenting suggestions for effective formulation of knowledge management in organizations with different value recognition such as in overseas projects. | |||||||||||
