| 内容記述 | [目的]中学生の喫煙の実態と生徒と保護者の喫煙に対する意識を調査し,生徒の喫煙,及び喫煙に対する意識に対し,保護者の喫煙に対する意識の関連性を検討するごとである.[方法]M市T中学校に通う中学生全員405名とその保護者に対し,喫煙に関するアンケート調査を行い,生徒の喫煙および喫煙に対する意識に対し,保護者の喫煙に対する意識や態度がどのように関連するかについて統計的分析で検討した.[結果]中学生の喫煙経験は喫煙経験者を含めて26名(6.8%)であった.その内,現在吸っている生徒は,男6名(3.2%),女3名(1.6%)で,全国平均より低い値を示した.また,中学生になってから喫煙を開始した生徒は61.5%と過半数を超えていた.たばこを吸ったきっかけでは,「親・兄弟が吸っていたから」が最も多かった.また,生徒の喫煙防止に対して消極的な保護者が1割程度存在し,今後の喫煙防止教育を進める上での問題点と思われた.生徒と保護者の喫煙防止教育に対する意識では,保護者が家庭や学校における喫煙防止教育に対して積極的だと生徒も積極的になり,逆に保護者が消極的だと生徒も消極的になる傾向が示された.喫煙している生徒の保護者には,生徒の喫煙を容認する回答が多く,逆に喫煙経験のない生徒の保護者には喫煙を容認しない回答が多かった.保護者が喫煙に対して寛容な態度や意識を示せば,それが生徒に対して喫煙を容認する態度として映り,逆に喫煙を許さない態度は喫煙抑制要因に成りうることが考えられた.今後の未成年者の喫煙防止教育を進めて行く上で,保護者に対する喫煙防止教育も同時に進めていく重要性が示唆された. | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Object: We study the present status of smoking in junior high school students and consciousness for smoking in the students and their parental authority (PA) persons, aiming to elucidate an association of consciousness or attitude to smoking in their PA persons to behavior of or consciousness to smoking in the students. Method: We performed an unsigned questionnaire survey about smoking behavior and consciousness to smoking in all 405 students attending T junior high school at M city in Kagawa, and their PA persons. Collected data were statistically analyzed using X^2 and correspondence analyses. Results: Twenty six students (6.8%) had smoking experience in the past, and six male (3.2%) and 3 female students (1.6%) were smoking in the present. This incidence of smoking was lower than that in a recent nationwide survey. A fact that 10% of the PA persons showed negative opinions to stop smoking in the students pointed out a problem to promote education to prevent smoking in the students. This survey showed a tendency that if the PA persons had positive opinions to education to prevent smoking in schools or homes, their students had the same consciousness to education for prevention of smoking as their PA persons, and the reverse was similar, too. The PA persons whose children smoked replied to accept their children's smoking more frequently than those whose children did not smoke, while non-acceptable answers to the children's smoking were significantly frequent in the latter than in the former. Conclusion: The present study suggested a significance of simultaneous promotion of education to prevent smoking to their PA persons when we will promote education to prevent smoking to minors. | |||||||||||||||||
