| 内容記述 | 一般病棟に勤務する看護師が認識する看護の専門性を明らかにすることを目的に,1施設の一般病棟に勤務し,研究の同意が得られた20人の看護師に半構造化面接を行った.対象者を臨床経験年数によってI群(3年目～5年目),II群(6年目～10年目),III群(11年目以上)に区分し,看護の専門性の認識について,それぞれの区分における認識の特徴や相違を明らかにした.対象者の語った内容から54のコードが抽出され,一般病棟に勤務する看護師が認識する看護の専門性として,【専門的な知識の保有と追究の必要性】【知識や判断に基づいた看護の実践】【看護師としての役割の遂行】【専門性の表現が困難】の4つがコアカテゴリとして抽出された.これらから看護師は知識の保有を看護の専門性と認識し,I群は主に看護に必要な知識の保有を看護の専門性と認識しているのに対し,II群・III群の看護師は,さらに知識を実践で活用することに看護の専門性を見出し,その内容も一般的なものから個別性のある具体的なものへと変化していた.精神的援助においても,経験年数が高まるにつれより,具体的で特殊な状況で広範囲なものへと変化・拡大していることが明らかとなった.また看護師は患者擁護の立場から,医師と患者の橋渡し役を行うことも看護の専門性として認識していた.そして看護の専門性として抽出された54のコードのうち,約1/4にあたる14のコードは,看護の専門性を具体的に表現できていないコードであった. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | With the aim of clarifying what constitutes expertise in nursing in a form that nurses who work in general patient wards would acknowledge, a semi-structured interview was carried out for 20 nurses who work in the general patient ward at an institution and who consented to participate in this study. The subjects were classified into Groups I (3-5years), II (6-10years), and III (over 11 years), according to the number of years of clinical experience, and the characteristics or differences by classification were investigated. According to the details extracted from the subjects, the following findings were obtained, consisting of four core categories of expertise in nursing that nurses who work in a general ward would acknowledge: "Possession of Special Knowledge and Motivation to Pursue that Knowledge," "Practice of Nursing Based on Knowledge and Judgment," "Fulfillment of One's Role as a Nurse," and "Difficulties in Expertise Expression." From the above, the nurses acknowledge that the possession of knowledge is the basis of expertise in nursing, and in particular, nurses in Groups II and III recognize the importance of expertise in the implementation of such knowledge and the details also vary from general to specific. Furthermore, it was discovered that their mental support varies and expands to encompass more specific and special situations, covering a wider range was the years of experience for the nurses increase. In addition, the nurses recognize from the perspective of caring for patients that the role of acting as a liaison between doctors and patients is also a form of expertise in nursing. Moreover, 14 codes-approximately 1/4 of the 54 codes that were extracted as expertise in nursing-were codes that cannot specifically describe expertise in nursing. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
