| 内容記述 | 近年，乳がん罹患率は増加を続けている．女性の出産時年齢も上昇し，妊娠・授乳期の乳がん罹患リスクは高まりつつある．本研究は妊娠関連乳がんに焦点を当て，先行研究を整理・把握することで，妊娠関連乳がんに関する研究の動向を明らかにし，今後の看護に示唆を得る事を目的とした．研究方法は文献研究で，医中誌Web版Ver.5から「乳がん合併妊娠」のキーワードで，看護の文献に限定して検索したところ，48文献が抽出された．さらに原著論文に限定した上で文献を概観し，研究目的から外れているものを除外し，12文献を対象文献とした．妊娠関連乳がんの看護文献は1990年初期からみられるが，10年前から増加がみられる．しかし妊娠関連乳がんの文献数はいまだ少なく，特に質的研究数を増やすことが望まれる．妊娠関連乳がん患者を支援するにあたり，意思決定支援が重要であることが報告されていた．患者の専門医受診遅延期間を短縮するため，周産期領域で従事する看護者への乳がん教育が必要であり，教育を受けた看護者は，乳がんの知識と自己診断方法を普及する役割があると示唆された． | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, there has been an increase in morbidity associated with breast cancer. As the childbearing age of females increases, the risk of breast cancer in pregnancy and the lactational period also increases. The present study focused on pregnancy-associated breast cancer (PABC), and examined research trends in this area by reviewing previous studies to develop useful insights into nursing. The method was a literature study. A search of nursing-related literature was conducted using Ichushi Web Ver.5 with the keyword “breast cancer in pregnancy”, and 48 papers were extracted. Only original papers were selected and examined to exclude papers that were irrelevant to the purpose of the present study; finally, twelve papers were selected. There were papers on nursing care for patients with breast cancer during pregnancy written at the beginning of the 1990s and later, and there has been an increase in the number of these papers over the last ten years. However, the total number of papers on breast cancer during pregnancy was small, indicating the necessity of promoting studies, especially those adopting qualitative approaches. The obtained papers reported that when supporting patients with PABC, it is important to help them make their own decisions.
