| 内容記述 | 地域の社会経済を再活性化する切り札の1つとして、近年女性による起業が注目されている。本稿は、中国四国地方を対象地域として、事例を通して女性による起業の現状と課題を明らかにするともに、女性による起業の重要な支援アクターとなる関係機関による地方中小企業の支援枠組みと間接的に起業と関わる企業同士の学び合いについて、その動向を考察することを目的とした。本研究を通して、女性のよる起業の形態は、自治体による地域おこし協力隊などでの経験を踏み台として起業した事例や、本人自身の発案と努力によって起業に至った事例などその形態はさまざまであることが明らかとなった。一方、課題として、起業したいと考える女性は少なくない反面、何をどのように進めればよいのかわからず二の足を踏んでいる女性も数多くいるという現状が判明した。そこで求められるのは、そのような女性を支援する組織やプログラムである。この点に関して、本稿では、香川県を対象地域として、公的な財団や地元金融機関による（女性）起業支援プログラムと起業につながる有志企業自身による学び合いの場について検討した。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Recently women entrepreneurs have been attracting the attention of administrators and researchers as potential actors for invigorating local socio-economies. This paper introduces the characteristics and agenda of women entrepreneurs. It also discusses the roles of support programs for small- and medium-sized firms (including starting business) by a variety of agencies in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions through case studies based on field research. This study has revealed that women entrepreneurs vary in their starting processes and business contents: there is a case of a business which started based on the entrepreneur's experience of chiiki okoshi kyōryokutai (a government-funded program to hire community activists in the local municipalities). There is another case of a business which has grown from the entrepreneur's unique vision and sincere efforts. It has become clear that although there are quite a few women who wish to start their own businesses, many of them are reluctant to start out because they do not know how to begin the necessary processes. What is needed are relevant institutions and programs to support those women. This study explores such support programs for starting up businesses, including official agencies and local banks which assist women entrepreneurs, and a case of community practices by a firms' study group in Kagawa. | |||||||||||||
