| 内容記述 | This paper shows the relationship between science and politics in “Plans of Studies on Prediction of Earthquakes” in Japan. That plans started from 1965, and ‘what become possible within ten years’ were changed after a while. At first, it was to answer when earthquake prediction become possible, then it has changed to be able to predict earthquake. Author makes it clear the process of that change using Diet records and newspaper articles. | |||||||||||
