| 内容記述 | The field research for this study was conducted in two public primary schools in Cambodia. The main research findings are as follows. First, few of the educational stakeholders working in individual schools are motivated to play a greater role in school management. Second, mutual collaboration among the different parties remains far from satisfactory at the school level. Third, leadership on the part of school principals is required to achieve such collaboration. | |||||||||||||||||
