| 内容記述 | In 2015, Mansoniella cinnamomi (Heteroptera: Miridae), known as an invasive species which attacks camphor trees, was discovered for the first time in Japan in Kishiwada City, Osaka Prefecture. Since then, there has been concern about the increasing distribution of the bug. The occurrence of this bug in Kagawa Prefecture was investigated between the middle of June in 2020 and the beginning of December in 2020. 50 sites throughout the Prefecture were surveyed, and damaged leaves were observed at 47 sites, while adult specimens were caught at 43 sites. These field observations revealed that the damage was spread throughout the Prefecture except for island areas, which were excluded from the investigation. | |||||||||||
